Beto and his wonderful family look after you with a warmth that feels like a home away from home and this extends from the moment you enquire and book with Alix to the moment you leave this little slice of paradise. Afternoons lazing in the beachfront hammocks watching the surf, with just a few steps to head back to your room to either snooze in the AC or refresh the margarita, are memories to be cherished. My family and I have been making yearly trips to Saladita for many years now. Once we discovered La Chuparosa we have not stayed anywhere else. We especially love the welcoming staff, the clean rooms, the pool for the kids and the short walk to the surf. We have most of our meals prepared for us at the house and they are delicious! It is such a treat to have home cooked meals on vacation. Saladita is our favorite family surf destination and staying at La Chuparosa is so easy and relaxing!

My time at La Chuparosa was magical. I was able to completely relax and enjoy the soft ocean breezes. The water was the perfect temperature when I was there, but I also took advantage of the infinity pool. The people who work there are open and generous and I returned to my room each night to find my towels folded into swans to greet me. I went to a place down the beach for dancing and couldn’t have had a better time. The food was plentiful and delicious and all I want is to return there with my family in tow. The owners have truly added to the paradise that is Zihuatanejo!

Our stay at the La Chuparosa from day one was already a given that we were coming back annually and by far fulfilled all our creature comforts we look for on our surf trips and more!  The owner Brad and his daughter Alixandra have always been more than helpful with booking our stay and answering any of our questions.  The caretaker Beto and his family are lovely, always around to help and they can prepare the best dinners on the beach if you just ask.  La Chuparosa is peaceful, paradise surroundings, clean,  and the best place to chill on your vacation to listen to the sound of the crashing waves!

I love staying at Chuparosa, the best part is being on the beach and being able to walk to the surf break. I feel safe there and it’s just gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. I have gone back a few times, and looking forward to the next trip. There are plenty of outdoor spaces that you can read and relax, the landscaping is so lovely too.
