Our Rates
For stays of seven nights or more we are happy to offer you a discounted rate in both off our Villas and Casitas. This discount is not available during holiday periods.
Villas
Our three bedroom three bath villas sleep 8 people max including children.

Two Bedroom Special
We sometimes offer a two bedroom special in our villas for 1-4 people. This special includes the upstairs two bedrooms and exclusive access of the whole villa for a reduced price. The downstairs bedroom will be closed off. Contact us for rates and availability. We do not offer this special during special events or holidays.
We have a strict NO PET policy.
Casitas
All casita rates are based on double occupancy. Children 12 and under are free. Additional people over twelve are $20 per night each. The casitas have a maximum occupancy of 4 people including children.

A Note for our Mexican guests: Our main office and reservation system is based in the USA so our prices are in US dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you would like a quote in Pesos.
Gratuities:
It is customary in Mexico to leave staff a gratuity at the end of your stay. We recommend $5 to $10 per room per night or whatever feels best to you. There will be envelopes in your bedroom where you can leave your tip at the end of your stay or you can hand it directly to Beto. Your tips will be distributed to the staff.
For larger groups we require a minimum gratuity of $5 per room per night.
