House Rules

Check in:  3:00 pm  Check out:  11:00 am 
If you’d like to check out a little later let us know. It’s often possible to check out as late as 1pm if no one is checking into your casita or villa that same day.

Quiet Time: 10pm and 8am. We love kids and kids love the pool. Please be aware that other folks on the property enjoy having some quiet time in the pool during the day.

We have a strict NO PET policy on our property.

Please do not smoke inside any of the buildings.

Please supervise children when by the pool. There is no lifeguard.

Please no overnight sleeping on couches.

Our white towels are for the bathroom and blue towels are for the pool. Please do not take any towels off of the property.

Please do not take any plates and/or glassware off of the property.

Please use cutting boards when cutting limes/lemons as citrus damages the countertops.

Please limit day visits by guests who are not staying here to an occasional one or two people per building rented out of respect for our other paying guests.
