Rental Agreement
Welcome to La Chuparosa de Saladita. Thank you for choosing us as your place to stay on Playa La Saladita. We hope you have a wonderful time here. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all the rules stated below, and to all measures stated to rectify any situations that might occur. These rules are designed to insure the comfort, safety and tranquility of all our guests. There are important details included in our guest information sheet concerning the care of the property. Please read it carefully. If there is damage to our property, systems or furnishings beyond normal wear and tear, we will have to charge you for these damages.
Daily housekeeping (except Sundays) does not include cleaning pots, pans and dishes from your self-prepared meals. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if it takes more than a reasonable time for Marielena and her staff to clean your accommodations. Please be sure that children are supervised at all times and that young children wear proper diapers when in beds, on the furniture, and in the pool.
La Chuparosa is designed to comfortably accommodate the guests who are sleeping here. There are maximum occupancy limits for each of the buildings. These limits must be observed. Your rate has been agreed upon based on the stated number of people in your party. You must inform us in advance if the number in your party increases. There will be additional charges for anyone sleeping on the property that is not part of your original reservation.
We would love to share our beautiful place with everyone and have an open door policy; unfortunately, this would result in an over-crowded property and pool, which is unfair to our paying guests. Please limit day visits by guests who are not staying here to an occasional one or two people per building rented. If the situation gets out of hand, our manager Beto may ask you to have your guests leave. If this does not resolve the situation, you may be asked to leave our property without a refund of your rental fee.
Please, NO PETS ALLOWED, and NO SMOKING inside any of the buildings.
Please enjoy yourselves quietly from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be aware that other folks are sharing the property and might want some quiet during the day as well.
In some cases, at our discretion, we will ask you for a security deposit. We will arrange the terms of this deposit with you individually.
I, the undersigned, agree to follow the rules stated above and will be responsible for all persons in my group.
I understand that La Chuparosa de Saladita is not responsible for loss or damage to my personal belongings, or for any personal injury to any member of my group.
