Our property is right on the beach.
Our two casitas are private palapa roofed houses. Indoors they have a king sized bed, and an adjacent area with two twin beds and a bathroom. The bedroom area is air- conditioned. Outside, under the palapa roof there is a couch, a dining area (seating 4 comfortably) and a small kitchen. The casitas have great ocean views. They contain 538 square feet of living space, and share a beautiful pool with our two villas.
Our two 3 bedroom/3 bath villas have identical floor plans. They have two upstairs bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two full sized beds. Each upstairs bedroom has a bathroom en-suite. Downstairs, the third bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Also downstairs there is a full kitchen and indoor living room. Outside there is a dining area and additional living room area under the palapa roof. The villas each contain over 2,300 square feet of living space. There are great ocean views from all rooms.
We have a strict NO PET policy and please no smoking in any of the buildings.
Please note: If you reserve online, your weekly discount will be reflected in your final payment.
Casita Rates:
November 1st – December 14th and April 30th – May 31st the casitas are $175 per night each (dbl occupancy). The weekly discounted rate is $1064 per week ($152 per night). For stays of more than 7 nights, the discounted rate of $152 per night will be applied to all additional nights.
December 15th – January 2nd the casitas are $205 per night each (dbl occupancy).
January 3rd-April 30th the casitas are $195 per night each (dbl occupancy). The weekly discounted rate is $1183per week ($169 per night). For stays of more than 7 nights, the discounted rate of $169 per night will be applied to all additional nights.
May 1st – July 31st the casitas are $175 per night each (dbl occupancy). The weekly rate is $1064 per week ($152 per night). For stays more than 7 nights, the discounted rate of $116 per night will be applied to all additional nights.
August 1st-October 31st $145 per night each(dbl occupancy). The weekly rate is $882($126 per night). For stays of more than 7 nights, the discounted rate of $126 per night will be applied to all additional nights.
These rates are based on double occupancy. Up to two children under 12 are free. Additional people over twelve are $20 per night each. The casitas have a maximum occupancy of 4 people including children.
Villa Rates:
November 1st – December 14th and May 1st – July 31st the villas are $485 per night each. The weekly discounted rate is $2933 per week ($419 per night). For stays of more than 7 nights, the discounted rate of $419 per night will be applied to all additional nights.
December 15th – January 2nd the villas are $535 per night each.
January 3rd- April 30th the villas are $515 per night each. The weekly discounted rate is $3108 per week ($444 per night). For stays of more than 7 nights, the discounted rate of $444 per night will be applied to all additional nights.
May 1st – July 31st the villas are $485 per night each. The weekly rate is $2933 per week ($419 per night). For stays of more than 7 nights, the discounted rate of $419 per night will be applied to all additional nights.
August 1st- October 31st the villas are$445per night each. The weekly rate is$2933 per week ($385 per night). For stays of more than 7 nights, the discounted rate of $385 per night will be applied to all additional nights.
These rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 8 people including children. We sometimes offer a discount on a villa if you only need two of the three bedrooms and are 4 people or less. Please contact us if you’re interested in a two bedroom villa rate (these are not available during holiday seasons).
Prices may change for special events.
Holiday rates: Our minimum stay increases to 5 nights during holiday periods, and discounts are not available at these times. If you want to book for less than 5 nights during a holiday, please contact us directly.
Our rates include: Daily housekeeping (except Sundays), linens including towels for shower and pool and drinking water. Our kitchens are fully equipped with pots and pans, utensils, dishware, glassware, coffee maker with built in filter, blender etc.
We do not supply large beach towels, condiments, perishables or paper towels.
Please note: We like to keep our rates consistent to be fair to our many regular guests. That said, we are open to discuss reasonable offers for longer rentals between June 1st and October 31st.
We have wonderful staff who work hard to create the best environment for your visit. It is customary in Mexico to leave staff gratuity at the end of your stay. We recommend $5 to $10 per room per night. For larger groups we may require a minimum gratuity of $5 per room per night.
Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am If you’d like to check out a bit later let us know. 1:00 pm check out may be available if there is no one checking in to your building that day.
You can book your reservation and make a deposit on the ‘availability and reservations’ page, or you can contact us directly via email . Either way, we will contact you for the payment of your balance. If you reserve online, your weekly discount will be reflected in your final payment.
