Each of our thoughtfully designed villas and casitas feature unique Mexican beach architecture with curved structures, locally harvested palapa roofs, and hand crafted details that create wonderful spaces for a delightful Mexican beach experience. We invite our guests to immerse themselves in the ambiance and slower rhythm of the beach when they stay with us.

Our property has the largest solar power system in the area as well as solar hot water systems. We are committed to being as eco-friendly as possible.
The Buildings, The Pool and The Beach
There are four free-standing rentals at La Chuparosa. You can rent any of the individual houses or rent the whole property for your group or gathering. The buildings surround a communal pool for all of our guests to cool down in.
Two One-Bedroom Casitas and Two Three-Bedroom Villas
Each of our four buildings were designed with a mix of indoor/outdoor living space for you to take in the breathtaking beach and retreat to the calm comfort of your private indoor spaces. Lounge by the pool and chat with other guests if you’re feeling social or enjoy the serene privacy of your rental space when you want some quiet downtime.

Our Location on the Beach Couldn’t be Better
We are a convenient five-minute walk to the point or you can paddle out from right in front of the property. Go for a morning surf, come back and enjoy a meal and perhaps a siesta, check the waves from your room and head back out for an afternoon session.
With great ocean views from every bedroom, a pool looking out on the waves, and hammocks right on the beach for all to use, you will be soaking up this tropical paradise throughout your stay.
