A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation.  The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

If a cancellation is made 12 weeks or more prior to the arrival date, the full deposit minus 10% is refundable.  If a cancellation is made 6 (six) weeks or more prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be returned. If a cancellation is made less than 6 (six) weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WE BOOK FAR IN ADVANCE, TURNING PEOPLE AWAY ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT. FAMILY EMERGENCIES, NATURAL DISASTERS, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS DO HAPPEN. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE ANY RESTITUTION FOR A CANCELLED OR DELAYED TRIP.
