Accomodations:

Our two casitas are each private palapa-roofed houses.  Indoors is a king size bed, an adjacent area with two twin-sized beds, and a bathroom. The bedroom areas are air-conditioned. Outside, under the palapa roof, there is a couch, a dining area (which seats 4 comfortably) and a small kitchen. The casitas are right on the beach and have great ocean views. They contain 538 square feet of living space, and share a beautiful pool with our two larger villas. 

We also have two 3 bedroom/3 bath villas. There are two upstairs bedrooms.  One has a king-size bed and the other two full-size beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom.  Downstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is a full kitchen and indoor living room. Outside is a dining area and an additional living room space under the palapa roof. Each villa has around 2,300 square feet of living space with great ocean views from all rooms.

One of our villas has a larger dining area that accommodates up to twenty people. For a group renting all of La Chuparosa this area works well as a place where everyone can sit together for meals or meetings.

 

Weekly Discount Rates:

We often give one night free for each weekly rental.  This discount may not apply during holiday periods.

When you reserve through our availability and rates link you will see only our nightly rates and not the discount.  Where applicable, it will be included in your confirmation letter and applied to your final payment. If you have any questions please contact us at: chuparosasaladita@gmail.com
