Accomodation Info & Rates:
Our two casitas are separate palapa roofed houses. Indoors they have a king sized bed, and an adjacent area with two twin beds and a bathroom. The bedroom area is air- conditioned. Outside, under the palapa roof there is a couch, a dining area (seating 4 comfortably) and a small kitchen. The casitas have great ocean views. They contain 538 square feet of living space, and share a beautiful pool with our two larger villas.
In high season (Nov. 1st – May 31st) the casitas are each $150 per night. The weekly rate is $900, which includes one free night. In surf season (June 1st – Oct. 31st) the rate is $125 per night, $750 per week. This rate is based on double occupancy. Up to two children under 12 are free. Additional adults are $20 per night each. The casitas have a maximum occupancy of 4 people including children.
Our two 3 bedroom/3 bath villas have identical floor plans. They have two upstairs bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two full sized beds. Each upstairs bedroom has a bathroom en-suite. Downstairs, the third bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Also downstairs there is a full kitchen and indoor living room. Outside is a dining area and additional living room area under the palapa roof. The villas each contain over 2,300 square feet of living space. There are great ocean views from all rooms.
In high season each villa is $450 per night. The weekly rate is $2700, which includes one free night. In surf season the villas are $400 per night, $2400 per week. This rate is based on a maximum occupancy of 8 people including children.
Our minimum stay increases to 5 nights during holiday periods, and weekly discounts are not available at these times. If you want to book for less than 5 nights during a holiday, please contact us directly.
We sometimes offer a discount on a villa if you only need two of the three bedrooms.
Daily housekeeping and bottled water are included in these rates.

Either way, we will contact you for the payment of your balance. If you reserve online your weekly discount will be reflected in your final payment.
